Annual Resident Electors Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Property Owners Associations (POAs) shall hold their Annual Resident Electors Meeting on January 20, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., at the Senior Center, 6 Golf Club Lane, Garden City.

Residents who expressed interest in serving as Community Agreement Party Trustees were provided an opportunity to meet with the POA, and those who elected to participate will be in attendance at the meeting. No additional Community Agreement Party candidates will be accepted at this time. Any resident who otherwise wishes to seek election as a Trustee may continue to do so as an independent candidate.
