Meet the Garden City Western Property Owners Association (WPOA)! Formed in June 1925, it’s one of four Property Owners Associations (POAs) in Garden City, each representing a different section: West, East, Central, and Estates. The WPOA is bordered by the LIRR, Tanners Pond and Edgemere Roads, Cambridge Avenue, and Jefferson Street.

 

Here’s something cool: Stewart Manor residents who are part of the Garden City Union Free School District and pay school taxes to that district can join the WPOA!
